By installing, activating or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Plugin.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-yes\">2<\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<h2>Service Description<\/h2>\n<p>Plugin provides automated translation and content adaptation services that allow users to translate foreign language articles into Greek, with the ability to recast and adapt the content for the Greek public. Plugin facilitates the process of creating content but does not grant any rights to the translated content beyond what is legally permitted.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-yes\">3<\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<h2>Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright<\/h2>\n<h3>3.1 Property of Plugin<\/h3>\n<p>All rights, titles and interests in Plugin, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain exclusive property of SiteDesign. Nothing in these Terms will be construed as a transfer of any Plugin rights to the user.<\/p>\n<h3>3.2 User Liability for Copyright<\/h3>\n<p>Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions to translate and republish any content processed through Plugin. A translation created without authorization by the copyright holder of the original work is a copyright infringement. Only the copyright holder can authorize the creation of derivative works, which include translations.<\/p>\n<h3>3.3 No Transfer of Copyright<\/h3>\n<p>Plugin does not grant users any right to content that does not belong to them. Users must ensure that they download or process only material for which they hold the copyright or have been expressly authorized to translate and publish.<\/p>\n<h3>3.4 Source Report<\/h3>\n<p>Even when licensed, users should properly deliver the original source of any translated content. SiteDesign recommends that users always report the source of the original article.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-yes\">4<\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<h2>Prohibited Uses<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Plugin users <strong> should NOT<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>4.1<\/strong> <strong>Translate or customize<\/strong> content from websites, publications or sources that require <strong>wise-wedged subscription<\/strong>, member <strong>or any form of authorization without proper permission.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>4.2<\/strong> Use Plugin for <strong>access, translation or customization of content from sources that explicitly prohibit translation or reproduction<\/strong> in their terms of use.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>4.3<\/strong> <strong>Remove, modify or hide any copyright notices,<\/strong> rendering information or other proprietary rights notices included in the original content.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>4.4<\/strong> Use Plugin for <strong>bypass any technological measures<\/strong> used by copyright holders to protect their content.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>4.5<\/strong> Use Plugin for any purpose that <strong>violates applicable laws or regulations<\/strong>, including copyright laws.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-yes\">5<\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<h2>Disclaimer Of Guarantee<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>5.1 Translation quality<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Plugin uses advanced AI technology to produce translations and adaptations, but does not guarantee perfect results. Users should review and edit all content before publication.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5.2 Legal compliance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>SiteDesign does not make any statement or guarantee that the use of Plugin will not infringe the rights of third parties.
