Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WordPress plugin Editor Assistant (“the Plugin”), a tool designed to translate and rephrase articles from foreign languages into Greek. By installing, activating or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Plugin.

Service Description

Plugin provides automated translation and content adaptation services that allow users to translate foreign language articles into Greek, with the ability to recast and adapt the content for the Greek public. Plugin facilitates the process of creating content but does not grant any rights to the translated content beyond what is legally permitted.

A translation created without authorization by the copyright holder of the original work is a copyright infringement. Only the copyright holder can authorize the creation of derivative works, which include translations.

3.3 No Transfer of Copyright

Plugin does not grant users any right to content that does not belong to them. Users must ensure that they download or process only material for which they hold the copyright or have been expressly authorized to translate and publish.

3.4 Source Report

Even when licensed, users should properly deliver the original source of any translated content. SiteDesign recommends that users always report the source of the original article.

Prohibited Uses

Plugin users should NOT:

4.1 Translate or customize content from websites, publications or sources that require wise-wedged subscription, member or any form of authorization without proper permission.

4.2 Use Plugin for access, translation or customization of content from sources that explicitly prohibit translation or reproduction in their terms of use.

4.3 Remove, modify or hide any copyright notices, rendering information or other proprietary rights notices included in the original content.

4.4 Use Plugin for bypass any technological measures used by copyright holders to protect their content.

4.5 Use Plugin for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations, including copyright laws.

Disclaimer Of Guarantee

5.1 Translation quality

Plugin uses advanced AI technology to produce translations and adaptations, but does not guarantee perfect results. Users should review and edit all content before publication.

5.2 Legal compliance

SiteDesign does not make any statement or guarantee that the use of Plugin will not infringe the rights of third parties. Direct copying of third-party content, even when translated, may violate copyright law and may constitute copyright infringement.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 Compensation

Users agree to indemnify, defend and absolve SiteDesign from and against any claims, responsibilities, losses, losses, expense, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
